Customers have the right to return their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be unused and in original condition
- be returned in its original packaging
- include any accessories or tags originally provided
Items that show signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- We will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Ship the product back within 14 days after notifying us.
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
