Artisan Mode offers genuine leather belts made in Italy. Each belt is crafted using authentic Italian leather.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight differences in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to the natural characteristics of leather or differences in device screens.

Artisan Mode reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on this website are in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown during the checkout process before the order is completed.

Artisan Mode reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the price applied to your order will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Artisan Mode reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders if:

  • the product is unavailable
  • payment cannot be processed
  • incorrect pricing or product information is displayed
  • fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

If an order is cancelled after payment, the full amount will be refunded.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands and delivered within the Netherlands.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and destination.

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, Artisan Mode is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • unforeseen logistical issues
  • circumstances beyond our control

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the product.

You must return the product within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Return conditions:

  • the item must be unused
  • the item must be in its original condition and packaging

Unless the product is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the damaged product

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
